Shipping Terms for Ebay Sales & Auctions:

We have recently moved our internet sales division to our new location in East Hartford, CT. to provide you with the most updated shipping technologies for even faster service than ever before.

We ship with both the US Postal Service and UPS at our discretion. We attempt to keep shipping rates competitive and at a minimum, but we do attach a nominal handling/packing charge to our shipments, so shipping fees are slightly higher than "actual shipping costs." 

Please include the auction lot number(s), item name(s) and your e-mail address in the envelope when sending payment and in any email correspondence -- or risk delay in shipping or communication. 

We will attempt to combine additionally purchased items to lower shipping costs if you purchase more than one of our items.

All shipping/handling fees are for the Continental United States and are clearly stated in our auctions. These are non-negotiable. Shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii may be higher, and the buyer should inquire before bidding or purchasing an item. We do not normally ship Internationally, but in the case of an International sale, shipping/handling outside of the United States will cost more. Buyers should inquire for our International shipping/handling rates if we offer an item for International sale before bidding.

All parcels are packed with care and conform to USPS and UPS shipping guidelines and suggestions. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items, we suggest you pay to insure your item according to USPS rates. If Insurance is not explicitly offered as part of our Shipping / Handling fee, it must be requested and paid for by the buyer. 

Insurance is not required by us, but it will ensure the replacement of a lost or damaged item. It is the Buyer's responsibility to pursue insurance claims. We will provide tracking/ insurance identification numbers when necessary, but we are not responsible for the outcome of insurance claims whatsoever. We highly recommend shipping insurance for expensive or rare items. 

Online sales office is open daily. All items are usually shipped by the day following completion of payment. Please understand we can not be responsible for the practices of the USPS or UPS.
