If you re not 100% satisfied, we will be more than happy to give you a full refund in accordance with our Refund policies.

Refund Guarantee & Policies

All our jewelry sales carry a full money back guarantee, if returned unchanged or worn within seven (7) days of receipt. After seven (7) days we offer store credit for items returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Unfortunately, after 14 days no returns will be excepted. Returned customized jewelry such as changes in ring size or stones for example will not be accepted for return at anytime. No exceptions to this policy.

Most Electronics also come with a 30 day 100% money back guarantee. Including TV's, Stereos, DVD Players, Musical Instruments and more. Some items due to software issues and/or customer misuse of merchandise does not come with this guarantee, such as Computers of any type and Speakers of any kind. Some other merchandise may also have limited guarantees. Certain Game Systems and or games have limited guarantees for a shorter period. For more information on what items may not have a guarantee please ask our staff while visiting our stores.

Items that are brand new in it's original sealed box are not guaranteed by TC's Pawn Company. These items come with the original manufacturers warrantee included in their box.
